The Company facilitates the purchase and activation of prepaid wireless plans on behalf of such Carriers. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. The Company does not store complete credit card numbers on its servers.

Certain Services may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any dispute between you and a Carrier.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
